Create Business Solutions, LLC (“CBS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates products under Virginia-registered assumed names, including Vonderfill, The MicroSchool Lab, Kasvu, and Today’s Trades. CBS is the business responsible for the personal information described here. Product-specific notices may provide additional details and control if they address a feature more specifically.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize services; authenticate users; process subscriptions; support customers; maintain security and prevent abuse; diagnose problems; analyze and improve products; communicate about services; comply with law; and enforce agreements. We do not use sensitive health, fitness, student, or private customer content for unrelated advertising.

How we disclose information

We disclose information to vendors that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, process payments, or provide requested features; to an organization that administers your account; at your direction; in a business transaction; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or address fraud and security. Vendors may use information only to perform services for us under their agreements. We do not sell personal information for money.

Customer-controlled information

When a business, school, or other organization uses a CBS product to manage information about its customers, students, staff, or members, that organization determines why and how the information is used. CBS processes it to provide the service and follows the organization’s lawful instructions. Direct privacy requests about organization-controlled records should first go to that organization.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention varies by the type of information and the product. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Children, students, and health information

Some products may process student information at the direction of a school or guardian, or health and fitness information supplied by an adult user. The applicable product notice explains those practices. CBS does not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child without the authorization or consent required for that service.

Your choices and rights

You may update certain account information in the service, change communication preferences, or request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by contacting us. We may verify your identity and may retain information where law or legitimate operational needs require it. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply.

International use

CBS is based in the United States. If you use a service elsewhere, information may be processed in the United States and other places where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy as products or practices change. We will post the revised version and update its effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
